Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Yanney is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package if it is returned to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
