Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yanney, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for eligible returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned using the return label provided by our Customer Support team.

  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a refund, contact our support team with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please do not return products to the original shipping address. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements if an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can resend the package after payment of a new shipping and handling fee.

If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued, excluding the original shipping costs and subject to the 20% restocking fee.

If the returned package cannot be recovered because it is refused, lost, or destroyed during transit, we may offer a 50% store credit toward a future purchase.

If the shipping address was correct and the carrier returns the package due to their own error, we will resend the order at no additional shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Since many of our products are prepared specifically after an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are accepted only within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production or fulfillment may have already begun, making changes impossible.

Clearance Items

Products sold as clearance, final sale, or discounted merchandise are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Warranty

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days after the carrier confirms delivery. Requests received after this period are not eligible for refund or replacement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees required by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
