Return & Exchange Policy

At Yanney, we strive to ensure every customer has a great shopping experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help with a simple return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be approved by our Customer Support team before being shipped back.

Requests submitted after the 7-day return window cannot be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind or personal preference.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return, email our Customer Support team at contact@yanney.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if applicable)

  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

If your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label along with complete return instructions.

Please use only the return label provided by Yanney. Returns sent to the original shipping address or without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After We Receive Your Return

Once your returned package reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or

  • A replacement item shipped within approximately 72 hours.

Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier's tracking information confirms that your package was delivered but you report it as missing, we may request a claim confirmation or investigation reference from your local postal service before approving a replacement.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
